System Engineer

Join our team as a System Engineer and play a crucial role in supporting a major service provider in the United States. You will be their dedicated technical point of contact, ensuring the smooth operation of our solutions and fostering a strong client relationship. This is a full-time position based in the USA, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast or in the Mid-US.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to our key client, addressing their inquiries and resolving technical challenges efficiently.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network and security issues, escalating to engineering teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and contribute to preventative measures.
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to improve our products based on client feedback.

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, etc.).
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide clear, concise explanations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support, network engineering, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
