System Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile customer-facing Support Engineer with a background in networking and/or security fields.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with our clients and relaying their software needs and preferences
- Providing ongoing customer support and resolving level-1 issues
- Tracking customer issues and enabling communication and timely resolution
- Improving the quality of our software by working with customer quality analysis and customer service teams
Job Qualifications:
- Understanding of networking connectivity and security fundamentals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management and tracking abilities
- Fluency in English
Education & Experience - Above 3 years of experience in software development
- Above 3 years of experience in Application Engineering or similar position
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
