System Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile customer-facing Support Engineer with a background in networking and/or security fields.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with our clients and relaying their software needs and preferences
  • Providing ongoing customer support and resolving level-1 issues
  • Tracking customer issues and enabling communication and timely resolution
  • Improving the quality of our software by working with customer quality analysis and customer service teams

Job Qualifications:

  • Understanding of networking connectivity and security fundamentals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management and tracking abilities
  • Fluency in English
    Education & Experience
  • Above 3 years of experience in software development
  • Above 3 years of experience in Application Engineering or similar position
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
