System Engineer

Description

We’re looking for a skilled and versatile customer-facing Support Engineer with a background in networking and/or security fields.


Responsibilities

● Communicating with our clients and relaying their software needs and preferences
● Providing ongoing customer support and resolving level-1 issues
● Tracking customer issues and enabling communication and timely resolution
● Improving the quality of our software by working with customer quality analysis and customer service teams


Qualifications

● Understanding of networking connectivity and security fundamentals
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Project management and tracking abilities
● Fluency in English
Education & Experience
● Above 3 years of experience in software development
● Above 3 years of experience in Application Engineering or similar position
● Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
